THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST
The primary purpose of the five-fold ministry is to “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.” This involves evangelism and discipleship.
The gospel is one but has three dispensational epochs. They are the everlasting gospel originally preached in the Garden of Eden, the gospel of the kingdom promised to King David for the Jews, and the gospel of grace of God.
As a minister in a ‘mixed-multitude’church if your messages are dominated by the gospel of grace of God, which is a spiritual kingdom as commanded in the Epistles of the New Testament bible unbelievers will not be comfortable in your church. But if you preach the gospel of the kingdom, which is a literal kingdom of the Jews that has nothing to do with the new covenant, unbelievers will be very comfortable in your Assembly.
“In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old.” (Amos 9:11).
The tabernacle of David is the gospel of the kingdom that is currently in suspension. It will be revived during the last seven years of this dispensation and preached by 144,000 Jewish Evangelists and Two Special Witnesses. “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.” (Mt24:14)
One of the things ministers of the gospel must do for end-time revival to manifest is to separate believers from unbelievers in the church. Preach the gospel of grace of God exclusively to unbelievers who attend church and generally to sinners who do not attend church wherever they may be found.
What believers need is to grow in grace by imbibing the doctrines of Christ and of the original Apostles of the Lord. This is discipleship.
